Located on 117 acres just north of Dallas at the intersection of the Tollway and Main Street in Frisco, Texas, Pizza Hut Park will feature two major components: a 20,000 seat, state-of-the-art pro stadium immediately adjacent to a sports park with 17 championship-quality sports/soccer fields. The complex will be in use over 300 days per year, showcasing a wide variety of local, regional, national and international programming.

> World Cup Qualifying Matches
> MLS All-Star and Championship Games
> Other Amateur Events
Attendance at the Sports Park will exceed 750,000 annually, featuring a broad array of programming:
> Youth, Adult, Amateur, Recreational and Competitive Soccer
> Local, regional, national, and international tournaments
> Camps, Clinics, Academies, and the Olympic Development Program
> High School Athletics
> Corporate Outings
> Community and Special Events (ie 4th of July Festival)
> Made-for-TV Events (ie X-Games), MLS Spring Training, and more
Permanent tenants at the facility will include:
> Stadium and field management
> FC Dallas front office staff
> North Texas State Soccer Association management
> United States Youth Soccer Association management
> Dallas Cup (one of the most prestigious youth tournaments in the world) management
> 1-2 commercial/retail tenants are expected by August, 2004
Currently, no facility of this size exists world-wide that ties both a stadium and sports park together. Although this will truly be a multi-purpose facility featuring a wide array of events year-round on a daily basis, it will also be considered the home for soccer throughout the United States.
